Manises dresses up to celebrate the Moors and Christians festival, one of the most emblematic festivities of the Valencian Community.
From June 30 to July 9 you can enjoy the different organized activities, although the most important moment is, without a doubt, the parades of the comparsas where their participants dress up with flashy costumes and attire to recreate one of the most important events in our history.
This year the captaincies are in charge of the Comparsa L’Albardí, led by its Moorish captain Lydia Gisbert and García. And the Comparsa Cruzados Templarios, with its captain Amparo Rubio y Peñarrubia.

17:00 h Courtesy visit to the residence of the elderly and the Manises day center. Moorish and Christian entrance to the facilities of the residence.
18:00 h Courtesy visit to the San Francisco and San Vicente residence of the elderly. Moorish and Christian entrance to the facilities of the residence.
23:00 h Mobile disco of costumes next to the castle.
THURSDAY JULY 6
23.30 h Moorish embassy at the castle by the Moorish Comparsa L’Albardí.
00.30 h Crazy night with the charanga El Mezclado. Night of the water, with departure from the castle and tour through the streets of the municipality.
FRIDAY JULY 7
21:30 h Ascent of the Christian music bands.
Departure point: Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, accompanied by the banners of the Christian comparsas.
22:30 h Parade of Moors and Christians. The entrance will end with the captaincy in charge of the Moorish Comparsa L’Albardí, with the Moorish Captain Lydia Gisbert y García.

23:30 h Christian embassy in the castle by the Christian Comparsa Cruzados Templarios.
