Running

Manises is the perfect city for running.

Its relatively flat terrain and fantastic climate make the city the ideal place for running outdoors and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

There are two very different landscapes to choose from: the urban one, with numerous ceramic features applied to architecture; and the natural one, where you can enjoy the Turia river to the full.

In addition, the Masías Route and the “Racó” Route both offer unique settings to enjoy your run.

The ‘El Racó’ Route

The ‘El Racó’ Route is a simple tour through Manises’ fruit and vegetable growing area. It runs parallel to two of the most important water features in our city. The 'Sèquia Tapà', from the early twentieth century, and the Daroqui’s canal, whose waters irrigate the ‘L’Horta Sud’ lands. This route presents no technical difficulty, it is ideal for walking while contemplating the agricultural landscape of our city.
